In our portal we have over 400 listed ski resorts. Some smaller areas, however, may not be listed yet. Your favourite resort could be listed here in the near future, depending on their preference to be listed or not.

Who is there behind myskiticket?
Myskiticket is a product of Snowpass GmbH. Snowpass is a company founded in early 2015 by three passionate skiers. We are specialized in facilitating the purchasing of ski tickets online. You can find more info on www.snowpass.net.
Is there any discount for ski passes?
No. At the moment, we can provide the exact prices of the ski resorts. However, we are negotiating hard to offer you deals from time to time. Join our email to receive our offers and deals in the future.
Why should I buy ski pass online?
To save time and to avoid queuing. Our goal is to save customers from queuing at the sales counter. If you book online, you will hit the slopes faster, since you will not need to visit the ticket office anymore.
How do I book a ski pass online?
The process you have to follow depends on one crucial point: do you already possess a valid ski pass? If the answer is yes, you will have to find the key card number written on your ski pass. Once you have found it, all you need to do it is to type the number in the correct space inside the chosen online shop. After having typed it the number of your key card, your ski pass will be activated.
If however, you do not possess a ski pass yet, the process will be slightly different. You will have to book your ski pass online. The charged key card will be mailed to your home directly. The card that you will receive is already charged and ready to be used.
How many days in advance am I supposed to buy my ski pass?
This depends on the ski resort you are booking at. Some require to book up to 2 weeks in advance. Should you use our shop, we deliver within 3 days to any German address and within 6 working days to any address in Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
Why am I not allowed to book a ski pass in my favourite ski resort?
Some ski resorts do not offer the possibility to buy ski passes online yet. Talk to them and convince them to introduce an online booking facility – we are doing the same!
What is a Voucher for a ski pass?
A voucher works as a normal reservation. In fact, you will have to give the voucher to the ticket counter of the chosen ski area. In return, you will receive your ski pass.
What happens if I do not receive the ski pass/ if I forget it or if I lose it?
Normally, there should not be a problem. The ski resort should be able to charge your reservation on another key-card. However, this might be different from ski resort to ski resort. Therefore, we advise you to contact the relevant ski resort and to ask them directly what the best solution in your specific case is. Always ensure you take your printed booking confirmation with you, so the ski area can find your transaction.
Can I change the date of the ski pass if I change my plans?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once you have bought your ski pass, it will not be possible to change the date of use.
Can I use my old ski pass for another ski resort?
It depends. There are two different ski pass systems in Europe: Skidata and Axess. Almost all the ski resorts in Europe employ Skidata, except for Dolomiti Superski, St. Moritz Engadin, Arlberg, Montafon, Port du Soleil and few others. They use Axess. Normally one ski pass can be used for all the areas that employ the same system. This means that a Skidata ticket could be re-used for the ski resorts that use Skidata system; in the same way, an Axess ticket could be reused for the ski resorts that employ Axess. Knowing which one of the two systems your ski pass belongs is very simple: just type the number of your ski pass in the online shop of the relevant ski resort. If the ticket is accepted, this means that you will be able to use the ticket in that ski resort – we already tried it!
When I book the ski pass, does the reservation work through you or through the ski resorts?
The reservation works through the ski resorts. Myskiticket is just an intermediary between the customers (i.e. you) and the listed ski resorts.
RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT
Do I receive a discount by booking my equipment online?
Yes. Depending on the ski resort and on the partner that is serving that particular resort, you can get a discount up to 45% of the normal price of the equipment. Before booking, you will be able to see and check the amount of the actual discount.
Why should I book my equipment online?
To save time and money. It is possible for you to receive a discount up to 45% of the original price. Moreover, you will avoid the long queues at the rental shop. This way you will hit the slopes faster!
How can I book the rental of the equipment online?
First of all, you will need to go to the personal area of the chosen ski resort. There will be two possible scenarios: either you will be redirected to the external page of the ski rental shop (where it will be possible to book) or you will have the possibility to complete a reservation-box with all the relevant information (where you want to rent, first day and last day of rental).
How can I be sure of the quality of the equipment?
We carefully chose our rental partners. All of them are professional rental companies with years of experience in the market. They will offer you high quality products for cheap prices. For most ski resorts, we cooperate with Sport 2000, a well-known chain of the top sports shops across the Alps. They will provide you with the best mix of quality, service and an attractive price.
Why should I book ski lessons online?
To save time and to ensure availability. You will avoid the long queues at the ski schools. In addition, we would like to remind you that, unfortunately, some courses have limited access. This signifies that if a skier decides to book in loco (instead of online), he might not be able to find a fee place. On the contrary, through an online reservation, you will hold the right to be part of the chosen ski lessons.
How do I book ski lessons online?
Just go to the chosen ski resort and follow the instruction. You will be redirected to the website of the considered school to gather information and/or to reserve your lesson.
